Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States.
When your order leaves us
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed over a weekend go out on the next business day.
How long delivery takes
Delivery usually takes about 7 days after dispatch. For most orders that means the collar arrives roughly 8 to 10 days after you place it.
Shipping cost
- Orders under $40: $5.99
- Orders of $40 or more: free shipping
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to start updating, which is normal and doesn't mean the parcel is lost.
Delays
Carrier backlogs, weather and holiday periods can add a few days. If your order hasn't arrived 20 days after dispatch, email hello@nubellosleep.com with your order number and we'll either send a replacement or refund you.
Address problems
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we can usually fix it before dispatch. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address can be re-sent (you'd cover the new postage) or refunded minus the original shipping cost.
