What we collect
When you buy from us we collect the details needed to process your order: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number if you give one, and payment confirmation. We never see or store your full card number, which is handled by our payment provider.
When you browse the site we also collect standard analytics data such as pages viewed, device type and referring site.
Why we use it
- To process, ship and support your order
- To email you order confirmations and tracking
- To answer your questions
- To improve the shop and measure our advertising
- To send marketing emails, only if you opted in. Every one has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that make the shop work: Shopify (our store and checkout platform), our payment processors, our shipping partners, our email provider, and analytics and advertising platforms including Meta. We don't sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and measure advertising. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the shop may stop working properly.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@nubellosleep.com and we'll action it. We keep order records as long as we're legally required to for tax and accounting.
Children
This shop isn't intended for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
