Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

These terms cover your use of this website and any order you place with Nubello Pet. By buying from us, you agree to them.

About the product

The Nubello calming collar is a drug-free behavioural support product for cats. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Nothing on this site is veterinary advice. Cats are individuals and results vary: some owners see a change within days, others see little difference. If your cat is unwell, in pain, or has changed behaviour suddenly, please speak to your vet rather than relying on a collar.

Using the collar safely

  • Fit it with room for two fingers underneath, and trim the excess strap.
  • It's designed with a breakaway clasp so it pulls apart under pressure. Check the fit regularly, especially on kittens and cats that go outdoors.
  • Keep collars and packaging away from children.
  • Stop using it and ask your vet if you notice skin irritation or any unusual reaction.

Orders and pricing

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel an order, and we'll refund you in full if we do.

We try to keep prices and product details accurate. If an obvious error appears (for example a price that is clearly wrong), we may cancel affected orders and refund you rather than honour the mistake.

Prices are in US dollars. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

Returns

Our refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Reviews and photos

Customer reviews and photos on this site reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of results.

Our content

The text, images, video and branding on this site belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your order applies to that order.
